Over the decades, it has adapted and thrived, converting to two auditoriums after a roof collapse in the 1980s and bouncing back after a major flood in 1996. A full renovation in 2014 added a kitchen and lakeside patio. Today it offers more than just movies. The menu features fresh, locally sourced seasonal ingredients, with an emphasis on sustainability and scratch-made dishes.
